Don't worry, I set up my decorations and took these pictures over a week ago (probably more like two weeks ago). I'm just now getting around to posting about it. The tree is real, I made the banner last year, and thank you, mom, for the cute little village.

I got it at this lot in East Bay...Frederico's...ever heard of it? It was a great lot. Kind of went down hill after new management took over, though. They even closed the joint down early. I hear there was a speakeasy in the shack or something. Dispicable.

I'm glad you like it! I got the Santa last year at a local craft store called Roberts.
Angela, your decorations look great. Are you going to invite us over sometime during the holidays so we can see them firsthand? What happened to your blue tree decorations of yesteryear?
The blue decorations are still on there, we just added some red. I would love to have you over. When do you want to come? Maybe we could do Christmas dinner at our house. Would you want to do that?
