If I had $600...

I would like to start by saying that I think the stimulus package plan is stupid and a very short term boost to something that will take years to get back to where we were. That being said, my husband and I fall in the lucky tax bracket that gets a check. We were musing what we would spend the $1200 ($600 each) on, if paying bills were not an option. Here are a couple of my ideas.

1. Nice, New clothes.

2. Nice, New Shoes

3. Fun vacation. I'm one of those people who likes the idea of going anywhere I haven't gone before, so the possibilities for this one are endless. However, all of our work leave will be taken up with family reunion's in the summer, so I don't know how viable this option is.

In the end...we'll probably pay some bills. Fun, huh?

Note: All clothes and shoes from Anthropologie.

If ours wasn't going to a trip t NYC, I would for sure be on the clothes and shoes bandwagon. I am ALL about clothes and shoes. Don't you just love Anthropologie?! Too bad we're adults now and have all those bills to pay. Maybe you can spend like 1/2 of it at Anthropologie. ;)

Yes, definitely half on fun things. I mean, they're giving us the money to stimulate the economy. Cute shoes stimulate the economy better than bills. I think Professor Kearl at BYU taught me that.

you're suddenly feeling sick and you have to take a sick leave right? Why not take it in Hawaii?
