It's still a few days away, but my sister's having a birthday, and I was fortunate enough to go on a whirl-wind visit to see her and her beautiful little family. I made her some earrings.
I also went to Seattle, and got to visit Pike's Place Market and dodge the flying fish.
And for those of you who know me in real life, yes, I cut my hair...at Easter. I really kept meaning to post about it, but...you know...didn't. For those of you who don't know me in real life (or just haven't seen me in a really long time) Here's what it looked like when it was 9 inches longer.

love love the hair. and awesome earrings, as always!
I really, really like the hair, and am jealous as I've never been to Seattle!
Love the new hair!
Of course I LOVE your haircut - it's almost as awesome as that crab. Why isn't Craig in any of those pictures?
I love the haircut too- you reminded me of Becky in that photo in the fish market.
OK, I thought I'd visit your blog and reply to your comment on mine because I wasn't sure if you clicked the option to receive other comments in your e-mail (I always forget to do that when I ask a question on a blog). Anyway, shopping in Dubai is great as far as selection. The malls are museums in themselves and the stores are all the popular ones from Europe, the US, Australia etc. The prices aren't anything to get excited about though- pretty much the same as the US only without sales tax. There are traditional souks that sell all the stuff you would expect from an arabian market (persian rugs, spices, gold jewelry and knock off watches and purses). With the kids, I haven't had the chance to really dive in and explore the souks for some of the hidden treasures, but I'm sure they are there. Is your friend visiting or moving? Tell her she's more than welcome to contact us, come eat dinner with us or even crash at our place. Hey, a friend of a Craig is a friend of mine! you can give her my e-mail if she has more questions it's toriaclason at gmail

Love the Pictures, and the fact that you got to go on the trip! Flowers=to die for.
Toria, my hair is much longer now, and so Angela does look like me, just the old me. Ha!
