By Their Fruits

The first of our harvest! This pepper is supposed to be all yellow, but only got sun on one side, so we'll let it finish ripening in the window.

And we have one jalapeno pepper so far, but there is the promise of several more in the future.

And this last one's for Karla. They're still alive!

Yay! Thanks for sharing the pictures so I can enjoy the fruit of our labors from a distance!

You are so good to plant a garden-right now we have no space in our small yard to plant, and I wish we did! I love the feeling of planting something and watching it grow, then getting to enjoy all the fresh fruits, veggies, and flowers of a garden. LOVE it! Keep up your good work! :)

I really want to plant a garden when I move, and now that you're such a green thumb you can help me work on my black one. I'm coming up on Saturday for a week, let's make plans. Maybe you could have me over for dinner and cheesecake. Thanks so much for the offer! You're the best!

Nancy! You're definitly invited to come over for dinner and cheesecake. And since you missed Patio of Fire this year, you could come see Brian and his band play in Payson Park for Labor day.

Love your pretty peppers. We have had a lot of cute little cherry, grape, and pear tomatoes in yellow and red. They are so pretty and taste great too. Also we've had some peppers including one purple one and some squash. Makes me wish we'd planted more.
