What the heck is in that?! It looks SOOOO freaking divine.
Oh, and I want those little cups.
the ice cream looks mouth wateringly good. My Mom made a lot of ice cream and used a combination of corn starch and eggs. The trouble with using a lot of egg yolks is being stuck with a lot of egg white you have to figure out something to do with or else waste.
